We listen to our people and seek to implement great ideas. We have a structured approach to acting on the feedback provided in our employee engagement survey and patient satisfaction survey. We also look externally for guidance on improving our quality: we are running a programme of ISO certification and we engage in patient-focused research to ensure our treatment is aligned to the latest developments in renal care. And, we offer employees and patients access to our vast knowledge through our state-of-the-art education programme, d.ACADEMY.
